Mitch and Windi Attales are great people even though I have never met them. I was looking for affordable homeowners insurance and I was lucky enough that Mitch Attales contacted me. He quoted a yearly policy that we could afford on our SS income. He quoted me about half of quotes that I had been offered. I was blessed because as you know Hurricane Laura struck SW Louisiana where we live. The company paid replacement cost of about a half acre of six foot cedar fencing. We did not replace that fence but will instead put galvanized fencing. But for the blessing of these wonderful people we would have just lost that $24,000 investment. I recommend their agent to anyone who wants great people to deal with. When Laura was in the Gulf Mitch started checking in us and continued to do so every step of the way. First, let me say...Mitch was a pleasure to speak with when initiating our homeowner's policy. Jennifer, on the other hand, needs an in-service on customer service skills. I called the office TEN days ago to make them aware that our names, square footage, year built and a few other things were incorrect on the policy. After not receiving a return call, as promised, I called today. Jennifer attempted to pass blame onto the title and mortgage company. Even after I told her that all copies from the title and mortgage company were correct, she disagreed. She was not interested at all in even trying to provide any resolve. Only interested in trying to hurry me off the phone. I work in insurance so I know everyone in the office isn't equipped to handle everything. But providing excellent customer service skills should be required of all employees. TEN whole days with no follow up or return call on something as important as our names being incorrect on our policy and I'm made to feel as if its our fault or as if me following up is such a burden to Jennifer. Once I spoke with my title company, they called her and it was only then that she called back and took the same information that I gave ten days ago. Only for me to have to wait four more days for someone to call me back. Unbelievable!

Brian Gelpi and his staff are PHENOMENAL!! They introduced me to a whole new way of simplifying my finances! I am able to have a Visa credit card, life insurance, auto insurance, home-owner’s insurance and a State Farm checking account. Moreover, my payments all come from my STATE FARM CHECKING ACCOUNT (and I can adjust payments to draw according to my payment schedule)!! Basically a ONE-STOP SHOP! Brian Gelpi is a genuine, stand-up guy, who seems to embody as much or more honesty and integrity than any other agent to whom I’ve had previous experience.
